How the admin approval and payment verification process works for new members
How registration works
Every new CVLink member goes through a short approval workflow. This keeps the platform trusted and ensures subscriptions are only activated after genuine payment. Your subscription period starts the moment an administrator approves your account - not when you register or pay.
Create your account
Register with your email, choose a subscription plan and build your CV. Your registration is submitted for review.
Submit your payment
Pay for your selected plan and submit your payment reference. For free plans, this step is skipped.
Admin verifies payment
A CVLink administrator confirms your payment is genuine before your account can be activated.
Admin approves your account
Once payment is confirmed, an administrator approves your registration and your subscription countdown begins.

All plans enjoy the same features and services. The difference is only the subscription length.
While you wait: your account remains in pending approval status. You can prepare your CV, but member features unlock only after approval. You can track your status anytime from your notifications.
